Recently, the owner of Small Studio made an announcement on Facebook that could potentially affect individuals throughout the Elyria, Ohio and Parma, Ohio areas—the shop will be closing their doors at the end of the week and relocating to a new building in North Olmsted, Ohio.
The news of Small Studio’s impending move came as a welcome surprise to those who frequent this local craft store on a regular basis. Since the owner began teasing a “big announcement” earlier this month, individuals throughout the Elyria and Parma areas started to worry that their go-to spot for high-quality art materials would be disappearing in the near future. Fortunately for those who enjoy working on a variety of art projects, Small Studio will continue to offer a large selection of affordable craft supplies, as well as scrapbooking and knitting classes for individuals of varying skill levels.
Once Small Studio has settled into the new location in North Olmsted, customers will be encouraged to stop by to check out the craft store’s expanded product inventory. Small Studio will continue to carry the same art materials they’re known for, such as high-quality paper, bookbinding supplies, paints, and yarn. However, it’s worth mentioning that this establishment will have a larger selection of products from popular brands, including Cavallini, Tim Holtz, Graphic 45, Berroco, Knit Picks, Paper Connection, and more.
In addition to offering affordable, high-grade craft supplies, Small Studio will also be giving Cleveland area residents the opportunity to sharpen their skills by enrolling in a number of different courses. The scrapbooking, knitting, bookbinding, card-making, and Zentangle classes taught at Small Studio have proven to be a big hit among the artistic crowd. The owner of Small Studio is pleased to announce that the new location will have sufficient space to continue hosting these gatherings every month.
In order to get rid of some remaining inventory before the move, the owner of Small Studio will be offering deals on paper, paints, yarn, and other discontinued art materials. Individuals throughout Elyria, Ohio; Parma, Ohio; and the greater Cleveland, Ohio area who will be unable to make it to Small Studio’s Westlake location before Wednesday, January 25th should note that the new establishment will be open on Wednesday, February 1st. The newly reopened craft store will be posting a schedule of upcoming scrapbooking and knitting classes on their Facebook page shortly thereafter.
